As well as developing others I am always looking to develop my own knowledge in all areas.I\'m Tom, I have a strong track record of successful class and flag state surveys, reducing deficiencies through application of the knowledge I have gained through my career, and passing this knowledge to those who will one day walk in my shoes.Having moved into a shore based role I am focused on the strategic vision for the department to develop a platform from which to build for the future.
