A veteran of over 35 years in financial services, Tom joined Capital Analysts of New England in 1985 and KAF Wealth Management in He specializes in helping businesses and individuals design, administer, and monitor robust retirement plans. Alongside his team, Tom services a national clientele spanning professional organizations, nonprofits, and the construction and manufacturing sectors.Beyond corporate retirement services, Tom advises business owners and individuals on estate and investment planning. He also serves on Hingham’s 4th of July Parade Committee, has coached youth football since 2002, and volunteers as an auctioneer for many Boston-area fundraisers. Tom holds a B.S. in Economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA in Accounting from UMass Amherst. He and his wife, Debbie, reside in Hingham and have four children, Lindsey, Allison, Greg, & Colby. Our team serves as fiduciary advisors to 82 corporate and nonprofit retirement plans.
