Carrying out pre-planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis/rectification, modification and projects on automated warehouse equipment including Overhead Conveyor Systems, Belt Conveyor Systems, Cuby storage systems, tote stackers and destackers, Newland boom conveyors, Interoll sorters, Ambaflex spiral conveyors. Supporting shift manager with day to day duties. SME for cuby storage system.Deputy shift manager - highly motivated to deliver team and customer excellence with a broad engineering experience. During Engineering Shift Manager absence, I deliver all aspects of the engineering contract within key KPI guidelines within a team of engineers, technicians and automation flow controllers. Daily tasks consist of: • The management of a multi-disciplined engineering team. • The delivery of key service elements such as pre-planned maintenance, fault rectification and fault eradication.• Delivering written and verbal communication across all levels. • Driving a structured process of continuous improvement through the use of data analysis and investigation. • Being the first POC with the customer in day to day activities. • Ensuring the delivery of vital staff processes such as staff development and team and individual performance. • Monitoring and driving 3rd party support for service and equipment upgrades. • Monitoring and maintaining pre-agreed SLAs and NDDs by working in tandem with the customer control room and scada technicians.
