ABOUT TOM HELSBY

I have been working in the York sales team for 9 years, starting my estate agency career with Coalters as a Sales Negotiator. I quickly moved my way up to being Assistant Sales Manager of a highly successful sales team specialising in the sale of apartments, houses and new developments.In 2018, Coalters were acquired by Linley & Simpson of whom I still work for. I soon became Vendor Relationship Manager as part of the acquisition and after a year, was promoted to Sales Manager, overseeing the entire sales department in York including Senior Valuers, Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressor, Photography and Financial Services. In 2024, I was promoted to Senior Sales Manager. My main responsibility is to still oversee the York sales department with the addition of supporting 4 further offices across North, East and West Yorkshire. I am part of a team that sits below the Head of Sales for Linley & Simpson, Dale Eddison and Hardisty & Co to provide strategic support.I live in Harrogate and in my spare time have a passion for Golf along with spending time with my wife and young son in and around the local coffee shops and restaurants.
