My focus is on coaching people to build the skills, systems and confidence to deliver results independently, creating capability that lasts beyond my involvement.Over the last few months I have been delivering a high volume of hands on improvement work, across business operating systems and continuous improvement capability- Deploying a full Daily Management Systems (DMS) Tiered Meeting framework using PSQDC, including meeting cadence, clear escalation routes, leadership coaching rotations and future deployment guides- Building simple, effective meeting standards with templates and terms of reference, supported by a map of standard company meetings-Developing a PMO \"light\" governance system to prioritise and track strategic improvement projects without adding bureaucracy- Partnering with senior leaders to design a site performance scorecard that links daily activity to business outcomes- Designing a clear end to end Kaizen pipeline to assess, prioritise and deliver improvement ideas at pace- Coaching and mapping an employee improvement idea system that makes participation easy, visible and measureable- Building a CI Toolkit, reducing lean into three practical pillars of Workplace Organisation, Process Organisation and Problem Solving
