I’m a retired U.S. Army Colonel, a proud Texan, and the founder of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on one mission: putting hardworking Americans back to work. At New Horizons Employment Solutions, we connect motivated individuals—veterans, second-chance candidates, and those impacted by economic shifts—with companies that need dependable, production-ready talent. Through our work, we’ve identified two parallel challenges in today’s workforce: • Capable individuals struggling to find meaningful, stable employment • Businesses struggling to find and retain reliable employees We built New Horizons to bridge that gap.
