ABOUT TOM HALLOWS

With over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven leader at TMS Motor Group. We are a true family-owned and run business, operating Volvo and Kia and more recently incorporating Kia PBV (Vans) and even more recently Geely car dealerships, Polestar service centres, and a body repair centre, with locations in Coventry, Leicester, Hinckley and Loughborough. As Co Managing Director, I, alongside my fellow directors, senior leadership team (including my father, brothers, and our wonderful colleagues), oversee the core operations of the business, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.I have strong expertise in vehicle sales, customer relationship management (CRM), retention and finance, as well as a background in vehicle mechanics from my earliest days in the industry. I have contributed to the growth and profitability of the company by building a talented team of new and used car sales leaders, aftersales leaders, an excellent marketing leader, and their invaluable wider teams, while also implementing innovative sales, aftersales and marketing strategies.I am deeply committed to the mission and values of TMS Motor Group: to deliver unmatched quality of service, value for money, and environmental sustainability.
