ABOUT TOM GUZMAN
Since 2023 I have performed both onsite and virtual wildfire mitigation inspections on commercial properties totaling over $3 billion dollars of insured value, providing research, risk analyses, and loss control recommendations. Over the last 17 years I have conducted several high-profile wildland fire investigations that proved critical in both criminal and civil litigation. My wildland firefighting career began in in the complex wildland-urban interface and the extreme fire weather found in Southern California. Having recently concluded my career with the U.S. Forest Service, I\'m excited to continue serving others by expanding my knowledge and seeking out new challenges and opportunities.
