ABOUT TOM GOULD
I have spent the majority of my life working to improve my abilities in all facets of my journey. Continuous improvement is my main goal whether it is by being a better husband/father or insurance solutions advocate. For the past 12 years, I have worked to mitigate risk, improve processes, encourage advancement and build trusted partnerships. By utilizing my hands on knowledge in all things construction related, I have been able to collaborate with those same fields in regards to risk management. Utilizing outside the box thinking with real world knowledge we are able to decrease insurance related costs both from a premium and claims standpoint. By implanting more than a “policy” solution, we see real change coupled with positive outlooks. From dirty calloused hands to starched jeans and button down shirts I am confident in my abilities to partner with anyone looking to be more than what they were. Be the person God intended you to be, not the person society forces upon you. You never know when someone is going to look up to you as their Hero, so make sure you are Hero quality all the time.
