With over a decade in elite football, I’ve worked across club, international, and performance technology environments, supporting teams turn insight into impact.My background blends tactical and data analysis, player development, and recruitment strategy. From implementing analysis infrastructure at club level, profiling international players and designing evidence-led training processes, I’ve always focused on the WHY. Why are we doing this, and how will it help us win more football matches.That mix of working in different environments, with various coaches and in multiple countries, has given me a unique understanding of both the applied and strategic sides of performance.Always open to connecting with others in football who are driving innovation and performance standards forward.
