At Adweek, I lead Revenue Operations initiatives that help our sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams work smarter and more efficiently. I partner closely with leadership (CFO, CRO, and beyond) to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline pipeline management, and optimize sales processes from outreach to deal closure.I oversee our GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more—making sure our tools are well-integrated, data is clean, and teams are set up for success. I\'ve also reimagined how we assign books of business, making territories more manageable and improving seller performance over time.A big part of my role involves building dashboards and automation to create better visibility, spot bottlenecks early, and drive more predictable revenue. I also collaborate closely with finance on everything from order validation to Salesforce-NetSuite reconciliation, helping improve audit compliance and revenue recognition.Across all of it, I’m passionate about finding ways to automate the busywork, provide actionable insights, and create more scalable, efficient revenue operations.
