I am a Chartered Engineer with an MBA specialising in innovation, with a background in aerospace materials and process engineering. My career includes two patents that enhance jet engine performance, reflecting my long-standing fascination with understanding how systems work and improving them.As the Founder of innovateS3, I help engineering business leaders systemise and improve processes while leveraging technology for profitable, human-centric organisations. We specialise in integrating B Corp, ISO systems, Lean Six Sigma, project management, and change management into a unified business system for the engineering and manufacturing sectors.In addition, I am the Co-Founder of TomCRM, a digital sales and marketing platform that brings multiple digital technologies into one unified system. It automates and streamlines marketing and sales processes, empowering businesses to enhance their efficiency and impact.My vision is a future where businesses globally embrace continuous innovation and advanced technology to drive societal progress, harmonising economic prosperity with environmental preservation and social equity.
