   Mr. Tom Eng, P.E. currently serves as the Owner’s Representative for Pacific Energy/Woodfibre LNG, a privately held company developing the first green-powered LNG export terminal near Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, Mr. Eng oversees and manages the performance of McDermott International, a major EPC contractor based in Houston, during the detailed design phase of the project. His responsibilities include advising, monitoring, and supporting all aspects of Control Systems and Telecommunications engineering, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
