Product Owner - Credit Onboarding @Revolut

Product owner for credit onboarding for Australia. As a brand new product I am responsible for every aspect of the delivery and optimisation of the customer onboarding journey for credit products. Key responsibilities include; • working with local credit team to understand their product proposition for the Australian market • scope and understand technical requirements for delivery • prioritise initiatives, manage roadmap and backlog to deliver quality products • lead engineers and designers • data driven approach to decision making to optimise product In addition to the above I have also created a new critical service within Revolut\'s credit department to offer manual underwriting globally. I am responsible for the product that supports this service and the operations of the manual underwriting team. Responsibilities include; • collaborating with local credit teams to understand and define manual underwriting processes, forecast volume, manage campaigns and plan resource prior to launching in new markets • optimising micro-service that enables manual underwriting • hiring and management of a global team of underwriters • Optimising processes to maximise disbursals
