I’m an experienced Editor and manager who has spent more than 25 years in editorial roles — starting out writing and editing print magazines before gradually moving into digital, where I’ve led large teams and helped shape the voice of brands like Red Bull, Nintendo, and Dexerto.I’m currently Editor-in-Chief at Dexerto, where I manage a global team of editors and writers across four countries. I helped grow the site by over 50%, built our first training and style guides, and led the development of new content strategies across gaming, entertainment, and beyond. In this role, I have gained great experience of recruitment.Before that, I turned RedBull.com\'s gaming channel into the site’s top performer, and at Official Nintendo Magazine, I launched and grew the website to over 5 million monthly views — back when that felt huge.Across all of it, I take great pride in editorial craft and elevating the skills of those around me. This has enabled me to write about a wide range of subjects that I am passionate about, including food, football and music. I care about quality, voice, and making entertaining and informative content.
