ABOUT TOM DYMOND

Having completed an RICS accredited degree in Land Management at DMU Leicester in the early I’ve gone on to qualify as a long standing Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to share my skills and expertise with some fantastic businesses from fast growing entrepreneurs through to some of the largest UK corporates. Across all of these clients I’ve developed a reputation for providing no nonsense, high quality advice and property services which deliver tangible benefits and effciencies across property portfolios large and small.I’ve also built and managed a number of different teams of Chartered Surveyors and Property Professionals and am particularly proud of my track record in developing young talent in the Property Industry with a number of my junior recruits going on to qualify as Members of the RICS and develop successful property careers in various sectors.At present I head up the Property Team at Fortus, a fast growing Business Advisory firm where I have now established the Property Services business line and am again building a talented and ambitious team to deliver first class property services and advice to our existing and developing national client base.A keen sportsman in my spare time, I enjoy football and golf, as well as travelling with my young family.
