As Lead Designer and Director at Conex Research, I play a key role in addressing critical gaps and challenges in space science. My responsibilities include team coordination, project management, design thinking, visualisation, and digital asset management, all of which contribute to the organisation\'s smooth operation and strategic growth.I oversee a global network of researchers across five continents, fostering collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. By cultivating a cohesive and innovative team environment, I enable the development of impactful research outcomes and solutions to complex scientific challenges.A major focus of my work is the application of design thinking to space science. I guide the team in generating creative approaches and fresh perspectives, allowing us to tackle technical problems with innovative solutions. This emphasis on creativity and problem-solving enhances our ability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field.I also specialise in translating complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling visuals. These visualisations enhance internal understanding while effectively communicating our research to the broader scientific community, stakeholders, and the public. This work ensures our findings are both accessible and impactful, broadening their reach and significance.In addition to research visualisation, I have contributed to streamlining operations through the implementation of Conex Research’s proprietary project management tools. These systems improve collaboration, track milestones, and ensure timely project delivery.I also led the design and development of Conex Research’s website, establishing an engaging platform that highlights our achievements and research. This effort has significantly enhanced our global presence, earning international recognition, awards, and grants from esteemed organisations such as the International Astronautical Federation and Northrop Grumman.
