About Tom Dias
An ABOTA member with over thirty-five years of first-chair trial experience, I serve as a litigation partner with Kahana Feld. I have experience supervising trial counsel and support staff on litigation involving issues of product liability, general liability, professional liability, construction defect, title to real property (including priority of liens, easements and various defects in title to real property), escrow negligence, insurance bad faith, and employment. Having served as a litigation partner with three firms and as assistant managing counsel for the nation\'s largest title insurer and provider of escrow services, I am experienced in collaborating with and advising C-Suite executives and senior-level management on various topics directly related to litigation and overall operations. In addition to litigation, I have undertaken all aspects of administrative, management and promotional functions.
