As a retired Navy SEAL Captain with over 25 years of special operations experience working in high stress/no fail environments, I’m extremely proud of my military experiences and the lessons I’ve learned about leadership, organizational structure, training, and culture. I’ve built and led high performance teams from 20 to 400 people using these fundamentals and have proven they work under the most demanding conditions. With my successful transition to corporate life, I’ve added unique value to like-minded corporate organizations, because I have proven that I understand and can implement these time-honored special operations principles in a way that resonates with any high-performance team focused on authenticity, durability, and achieving a competitive advantage.I\'m currently a Senior Consultant for Strategos Consulting LLC where we work to enable the US Government (USG) as well as Allies and Partners with state of the art integrated solutions, robust training, subject matter expertise, and world class services across the great power continuum of competition and the spectrum of conflict.Through novel operational approaches, we seek to evolve how the USG perceives fielding innovative new technologies and solutions in strategic areas of interest.
