Lead the design and implementation of Dyson’s global compliance, ethics and sustainability/CSER strategies. Key responsibilities include- Manage global cross functional SME teams to ensure compliance is integrated with corporate objectives and values- Provide SME advice to the business as Dyson’s senior leader in key legal risk areas including Competition Law, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Sustainability (including supply chain human rights compliance) Data Privacy, Trade Sanctions, Artificial Intelligence and Fraud- Own and administer Dyson‘s Speak Up and Whistleblower programme, through the management of Dyson‘s Global Investigation Centre of Excellence; ensuring effective reporting, investigation, and non-retaliation of all Dyson investigations globally- Provide regular, concise updates to executive leadership and the Board, highlighting risk metrics, program effectiveness, and emerging issues. Attend and provide relevant updates to the Audit Committee.
