An outgoing, driven and competitive individual with a proven track record in the property and development industry. I have experience in all aspects of residential development, from land acquisition, viability and planning through to the sales and marketing of the completed houses. I have managed at a regional level driving multiple teams to achieve consistent outstanding results. Building and developing relationships with clients and organizations is at the core of what I do to maintain continuous business and provide the highest level of service.I am a keen triathlete and sportsman and have previously trained full time as a semi-professional athlete. I have continued my passion around work and family and am currently the National Middle Distance Triathlon champion, and raced in the 2022 Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, representing Great Britain. Competing and training at this level requires a huge level of determination, motivation and focus. This motivation and desire to be the best I can be is something I also make sure I replicate in the workplace.
