A farm is a lively place. There’s always something to improve and care for and the challenges are never the same. My parents raised livestock and planted row crops and working hard was the only option. My childhood on the farm propelled me to where I am today.First State has grown 10x since I gathered our investor group in 2001. I raise capital and work with our team to deploy it prudently. The current vision is to grow the bank to $ billion in assets. I\'m a sounding board for our executive team as we work with our customer base to help them realize their financial dreams.
