I have recently joined NES Fircroft, the world’s largest technical recruitment and workforce solutions provider, to lead and develop their Permanent White-Collar Construction Division. In this role, I am responsible for building and strengthening the division’s presence across Europe, with a particular strategic focus on data centre developments and large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. My mandate includes driving business growth, establishing key client partnerships, and delivering high-calibre permanent talent solutions to support complex, mission-critical construction programmes across the region.
