ABOUT TOM CROOK

Having started work at a transport company as my first \"real\" job fresh out of college, being involved in the process of moving goods from A to B was what I thought I would be doing during my time at Trans-Bridge Freight Services. how wrong 18 year old me was. During my time at Trans-Bridge my role has grown significantly from the files and manual scanning of \"proof of delivery\" documents; to the inception and managing of our online social media accounts (and everything in between). My main role currently with the team is the assisting on day-to-day operational tasks. Whether that\'s planning the freight in which we are sending to the island of Ireland on a nightly basis, or assisting with incoming customer queries in relation to ETAs, stock level requests etc. A specialised role in which I currently operate in would the be the collation and distribution of the temperature data for the vehicles and warehouses, in which the temperature controlled pharmaceuticals we carry, are transported throughout our network. This information allows customers and end users of medicinal and pharmaceutical goods to prove that their freight has been transported in accordance to the conditions in which they maintain their maximum effectiveness.
