Throughout my 20 year career in the automotive sector I have built a sound and in-depth knowledge of commercial business procedures and practice. I have been a central player in growing Sinemaster Ltd and subsequently LKQ, from a £5M turnover business with three branches to the UK\'s largest automotive refinish supplier with a turnover of £150M and 25 branches. I am adept in introducing and managing change as part of working hands-on in fast paced distribution centres and have successfully sourced, implemented and embedded numerous new IT commercial systems. Working directly with company directors to define and shape strategies for growth, I thrive on seeing businesses progress. I have excellent relationships with colleagues, customers and partner organisations and have a calm and efficient approach to problem solving.
