   Responsible for the successful administration and coordination of the accounting, finance and investment functions of the Tribal Government of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians (MBPI), a federally recognized sovereign Indian Tribe. This responsibility extends to the enterprises and entities of the MBPI including, but not limited to, Gun Lake Casino and subsidiary organizations wholly owned by the Tribal Government. Have overall responsibility for cash management, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, external audit, financial planning and strategic planning. Provide financial oversight of existing and future revenue streams of the Tribe. Work closely with Tribal Council to forecast, evaluate and lead the Tribe’s profitability and growth strategies and participate in the management of the Tribe’s investments, monitor loan covenants and contract financial compliance.
