I have significant transactional experience in the energy and resources sector, advising upstream and midstream oil and gas and oilfield services companies, in addition to corporate, receiver-manager/trustee and secured lending clients. I’ve led numerous domestic and international energy and resources transactions involving oil and gas, coal and other-mined commodities, as well as renewable energy transactions (solar, wind and biomass projects).
