I am an employment litigator and advisor, with a primary focus on unfair competition and trade secrets. As a member of Littler’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group, I counsel employers on protecting their competitive edge and business assets through strategic use of restrictive covenants, trade secret protections, confidentiality agreements, and employee mobility planning. I regularly represent clients in business-critical disputes involving noncompetition, nonsolicitation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach-of-fiduciary-duty claims in courts and arbitration across the country, on both the plaintiff and defendant sides.My litigation experience spans complex and multiparty disputes, including class and collective actions, FLSA and wage and hour matters, ERISA, and employment discrimination and retaliation claims. I navigate the intersection of employment law and business strategy, helping clients enforce and defend restrictive covenants and trade-secret claims, while also advising on compliance and risk mitigation in hiring, onboarding, and separation practices.In addition to litigation, I assist clients in drafting and revising restrictive covenants, employment agreements, separation agreements, and workplace policies to align with evolving legal standards and business needs. My work includes proactive counseling on employee discipline, termination, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.I also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily providing legal support to several nonprofit organizations in Colorado
