ABOUT TOM CALVARD
Currently I am Professor (Chair) of Work and Organisation at the University of Edinburgh Business School, with a background also grounded in Organisation Studies (OS), Human Resource Management (HRM), Change Management and Organisational Behaviour (OB). I have an established track record of 15+ years\' diverse experience researching, teaching and consulting in these fields. Earlier in my academic career, I was also a teaching fellow in OB and HRM at the London School of Economics (LSE)I completed my PhD at the Institute of Work Psychology, University of Sheffield. My PhD supervisors were Professor Sharon Parker and Professor Carolyn Axtell.I have an ongoing enthusiasm for teaching, conducting and publishing workplace and organisational research in a thriving academic environment alongside like-minded research staff.My research interests involve diversity, technology, ethics and change, and their effects on the experiences of workforces and employees. I often focus on issues around how organisations involve making sense of and negotiating complex and diverse perspectives, viewpoints and boundaries.My Google Scholar page tracks and keeps a record of all my research papers and publications to & hl=en & oi=ao
