My ethos towards leadership is simple. I believe that all leaders should motivate and support professionals to strive, refine and challenge their practice in the pursuit of outstanding education. This motivation is achieved through developing strong practical systems that empower teachers to explore pedagogical excellence in every lesson. The outcome promotes a culture of support, trust and honesty, facilitating pupils to become successful well rounded adults. I am a self critical, dedicated practitioner, with a relentless drive to raise standards for all the young people I teach. I relish the challenge of motivating and leading colleagues through setting an exemplary standard in and outside of the classroom.
