Leading a team of highly skilled Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, I’m responsible for driving Cisco’s security business by executing against PubSec sales goals for the UKI. As part of the extended UK PubSec SLT, I’m responsible for- Identifying, developing & implementing key initiatives that align with EMEA strategy & execution policies - Establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with senior leaders across Cisco sales teams, cross-architectural leaders, channel teams, marketing, and other related teams- Leading/coaching the team through transformation to drive business discipline, customer value selling, superior execution & a challenger sales strategy- Developing, retaining and attracting the top talent to drive a best in class sales team- Driving bookings across each PubSec region, managing opex, forecasting accurately with in-depth knowledge of the opportunities within the PubSec pipeline and ensuring security targets are met
