Oversaw quality goals and performance based on customer and internal expectations. Established annual cost savings goals and monitored / audited performance by plant to goal.Realized cost savings averaging 4% annually through CI initiatives globally;$2.25 million for Fiscal Year 2015.*Facilitated Monthly Executive Cost Improvement meetings for each plant- Target vs. Actual.*Led internal cross-functional teams to develop and submit VA/VE opportunities to our customers.*Communicated directly with customers on submissions, status and potential implementation.*Developed and implemented Rapid Response process to proactively track, monitor, elevate and manage quality issues across all plants*Achieved single digit PPM through the implementation of the Executive Quality Review process.*Played a significant operational role in the successful launch of K2XX program. This was the biggest launch in GM, Lear and Gill’s history. Launched both the Crew Cab and SUV versions at 2 plant locations – Grand Rapids and Mexico.
