Contracts Manager -(District Heating Lead) with 20 years of civil engineering and construction experience UK and US. I currently oversee the delivery of our district heating projects across the UK, managing large teams and acting as the key point of contact for clients.My experience has equipped me with the skills to overcome key engineering challenges that can often be the most complex aspects of district heating projects, including trenchless solutions, deep excavations, and managing challenging ground conditions. I work collaboratively with our delivery management team to ensure effective planning and coordination, particularly in relation to traffic flow management and interactions with other infrastructure assets such as highways, Environment Agency, and Network Rail. This expertise enables me to find innovative solutions that keep projects on track while minimising disruption.In addition, I lead the preparation of detailed bids and technical narratives, ensuring that our proposals align with client requirements and demonstrate our ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.Passionate about mentoring teams, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering sustainable, high-quality infrastructure.
