As a Founding Full Stack Engineer at Vera, I built the entire product from the ground up - architecting and developing an AI-powered platform that revolutionised how sales and pre-sales teams handle RFPs and security questionnaires. I designed and implemented the complete technical infrastructure using TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB, creating both the workflow management system (tracking questionnaires from in progress to completion) and the core AI agent that ingests documents and leverages company data to generate high-accuracy responses in minutes rather than hours.Beyond the code, I shaped the engineering culture and made critical architectural decisions that positioned us for scale as we grew. Within 6 months, we successfully pivoted from our original product (Privasee - a regulatory compliance tool) to Vera, redefining the questionnaire completion process and gaining rapid market traction. It was an incredible journey building something from scratch and watching it transform an entire workflow for our customers.
