ABOUT THOMAS BRENNAN
Hello, I am Tom Brennan and I lead the Medical Device Practice at Symmetrio. I have worked in healthcare sales for my entire working career. During that time I have developed a passion for improving the lives and increasing quality of life for patients. It is always been my goal to put patients first, finding ways to make lives better in the communities in which I sold. As a leader in this area, I have always felt that to succeed in the medical sales area, the first thought is always the how we treat the patient and patient care outcomes. The money and rewards always came afterwards if you do the right thing by the patients. I spent my early career in pharmaceutical sales, moved on to mobile MRI/CT/PET services and then to brain cancer treatment for over 20 years. I started as an Area Manager and progressed to SVP of Sales. The unique perspective that I bring to our clients is that I have either done the job or hired most of the types people we are recruiting. Choosing the right candidate is much more than buzz words and resumes. It is about culture and personality fit for the company and manager. My focus when hiring is in three areas…TEAM, TEAM and TEAM. Will this person have the personality to fit in the team, will they bring a different and unique skill set to the team and can they work with the team to solve the problems/find solutions for their clients. Our hiring process makes your team better. We take the time to understand all of these areas and find the candidates that will be contributing to the organization on Day 1.
