I maintain a \'can do\' approach and create a positive working environment, bringing detailed knowledge of a variety of project methods and experience of leading multidisciplinary development teams.As a driver and champion of process analysis, I am comfortable implementing new frameworks to raise standards and improve quality; a natural problem solver through a rational, analytical and pragmatic approach.
