Tom is a regulatory lawyer with more than 19 years of broad-based experience in various Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Governance topics, primarily in Antitrust and Anti-Corruption (FCPA, CFPOA and AML) but also in relation to Environmental / ESG / CSR matters and development of energy projects.
