As manager and owner of United Real Estate Partners in the Greater Metropolitan New Orleans area, Tom Bookhardt provides multiple layers of expertise to the Untied Real Estate family. Serving as a top performing agent previously with Century 21, Tom is uniquely qualified to provide buyers and sellers assistance with single family homes, bank owned assets, investment properties, multi-unit complexes, and commercial transactions. Real estate is inherent to him, being raised with a family rooted in real estate, restaurants and commercial properties, Tom learned the value in doing right by the client is the only way to serve. Before opening United Real Estate Partners, Tom consulted for a national quick service restaurant chain throughout the Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi markets. Also, while at Century 21, Tom was in the top 50 agents out of the south region for top sales of real estate transactions. Tom graduated from Culinary School in New York and takes every opportunity to display his love of cooking. After returning to New Orleans he firmed up his studies by attending Tulane University and acquiring certification in Management, Marketing and Business as well as becoming a Civil Law Notary Public with Statewide Jurisdiction. An avid dog lover, he donates time to ASPCA to spread the word for rescue animals in hopes to find forever homes. Tom takes place in the annual walk for MS, a cause dear to his heart.
