The OUTWORDS Archive is an unprecedented project to document the LGBTQ+ movement in America through on-camera interviews with the early activists who spearheaded, participated in, and witnessed this transformational era as it unfolded. As Director of Operations, I oversee production of the archival records of video interviews, transcriptions, photos, and post-production activities using a self-designed online system. I also research potential LGBTQ+ interview subjects, schedule shooting dates, hire staff, manage copyright releases, and coordinate production details while supervising employees and interns. I\'ve worked on development strategies, contributing to the creation of a database of potential corporate sponsors and grant makers. In 2022, I received a grant to participate on a cohort of digital archivists in the yearlong POWRR Peer Assessment Program.
