I’m passionate about sustainable development and strengthening Scotland\'s communities, environment and economy. I seek opportunities to help mission driven organisations succeed in these areas and to last the course - building organisational capacity and resilience.Having worked in a variety of roles in the public, voluntary and private sectors, I have influenced positive change at national, regional and local levels. I\'ve been a senior manager at FTSE 100 listed energy corporate SSE, helped grow one of Scotland\'s biggest charitable funders of place-based and community-led regeneration, and supported successful delivery of The Scottish Government\'s Scottish Land Fund. An experienced leader and manager, I enjoy bringing people together around shared purpose to co-create and deliver solutions we can all be proud of. My experience is that outcomes are always better when they come from collaboration with, and listening to, those most impacted. And, as a firm believer in the power of soft skills, I lead with empathy and compassion.I\'m a geographer and a generalist at heart - I find the intersection of people, place, planet, and purpose fascinating!Let\'s work together to make Scotland an even better place to live, work and visit.
