I lead a two agile teams of developers working on spend aggregation and expense processing at Concur. We\'re the ones keeping all your credit card transactions, e-receipts, and travel plans organized so your expense reports basically write themselves. We also process mobile receipt uploads, compile big data for analysis, assemble and send user notifications via multiple channels and more.Currently, we\'re working closely with product management, marketing, and support to build Concur\'s Reimaginged Expense Experience that was featured at the Concur Fusion 2024 conference.I\'m also redesigning our development and management process. I introduced OKR-based goal tracking to my teams in Q4 2023. My teams\' employee satisfaction score increased from 73% to 91% and we met or exceeded every externally-committed goal for 2023 and 2024.I created and currently lead a job-rotation program to engage and reward high-performing software engineers, increase collaboration, and increase cross-product knowledge.I\'m responsible for making sure that team members have the support to do their best work and pursue their goals within SAP. As a team, we\'re working on all aspects of our solutions from design to delivery. Concur loves managers that code, so I\'m hands-on building the future of Concur.Previously at Concur, I led the creation and rollout of Concur Budget, an industry-leading budget tracking product that puts spending information in front of users exactly when they need it. We were awarded a patent for our innovative transaction matching design.
