I am responsible for leading Deloitte UK\'s insider threat management programme. This includes creating and delivering the firm\'s insider threat management strategy, engaging with senior stakeholders to take this strategy forward and staying up to date with industry trends and developments. I lead a diverse team of SMEs dedicated to managing the prevention, detection of and response to security and confidentiality incidents involving current and former Deloitte personnel. This team includes certified workplace investigators and threat analysts. I am also responsible for leading efforts to integrate insider threat management programmes across 9 geographies that make up Deloitte North South Europe.

I’m extremely proud to lead a diverse team of talented security professionals, who work together to safeguard Deloitte’s people, brand and reputation. I joined Deloitte in 2014 having never worked in the sector before. Since starting off as a risk generalist I have built a career focussing on personnel security and more specifically on insider risk. I have an interest in big data and what it can tell us.My academic background lies in international relations; specifically security studies, counter terrorism and counter insurgency.
