This foundational decade in uniform instilled a deep expertise in operational complexity and high-stakes execution.After his military service, and armed with a master\'s in global affairs from Yale, Tom transitioned his operational expertise to the technology sector. At Amazon, he led successful e-commerce product teams that delivered over $300 million in free cash flow. He later steered the education portfolio for AWS Social Responsibility, advising on technical solutions that scaled cloud skills globally and focusing on how people and tools work better together.At every stage, Tom has viewed product leadership not as a separate discipline but as the operational function that clarifies objectives, assembles context, and equips engineering to deliver. As CPO of MelodyArc, he is now applying these principles to infuse AI into frontline enterprise workflows. His team builds agentic systems that integrate across tools, data, and roles, helping complex organizations execute more effectively.
