I am currently working for Methods as ServiceNow platform lead. ServiceNow has given me a very good insight into the world of IT Service Management and has allowed me to rapidly grow as a Consultant because of the constant demand from all areas of the business. As a result of ServiceNow being developed around the ITIL framework I have had a broad exposure to all of the stages of the ITIL Lifecycle and I have been able to adopt and apply ITIL in order to turn requirements into working solutions.
