As an experienced Industrial Engineer and proven leader in transformation management, continuous improvement, and innovation, I stand out for my over 20 years of expertise in process optimization and change leadership. Currently, I lead operations for North America at Humanperf, where I proudly champion IDhall, our revolutionary solution designed to streamline initiatives tracking and eliminate the reliance on cumbersome Excel spreadsheets. This role allows me to apply my passion for operational excellence and actively contribute to enhancing management practices within companies. My career is marked by significant achievements, including leading four successful mergers and acquisitions, and supporting numerous leaders and teams in implementing and monitoring improvement initiatives. I am also committed to sharing my knowledge through corporate training and speaking at conferences focused on operational excellence, with a particular emphasis on the human aspect of organizations.
