Responsibilities were to process used cars, trades, purchases to front line. Created a culture during unprecedented times to keep our staff engaged to maximize profits and job responsibilities. Started a program that allowed us to achieve net profits of a million a year in wholesale profit. The turn rate in new cars was over 180% and used turning at 100%. Adjusted to the new way business has changed and as rapidly as it is changing being the person who sets the market and creates the change.
