Implemented AI data mining to identify and detect high-risk customers, preventing fraud through Lost In Post claims and returns fraud• Successfully developed and led the warehousing and distribution loss strategy. Securing our premises, assets, colleagues and site. Recent highlights includes the accurate transfer 2 million units of stock from our private warehouse to our outsourcing partner Wincanton• Introduced Business Continuity and Emergency Response Plans across the business, which are easy to understand and implement in the event of a crisis. • Identified Cyber Attack as the greatest risk to the business and developed Cyber prevention strategy, resulting in simulated phishing emails and improved colleague training; current completion rate from 52% to 98% in 1 month• Keeping the company’s data safe and secure, through my work as Data Protection Officer, working in conjunction with the IT Director, I have undertaken a data impact assessment to understand the risk & impact and develop the data security strategy. Leading the Data Protection Group quarterly Board meetings, where data risks are scored and mitigation agreed.
