Currently, I am working in a multi-faceted, exceptionally dynamic role as VP - Retail Branch Manager and Retail Operations Manager at Trustar Bank. I manage a diverse scope of retail bank branch operations and a variety of deposit operations, including payment reviews, digital channels maintenance and enrollment, deposit product design, and client channel experience. I drive retail/commercial deposit processes and improvements, business development, and retail community bank delivery strategy in a growing, dynamic marketplace. I lead branch network staffing and scheduling. I foster client engagement by advising marketing team on aspects brand messaging.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include: I was awarded for sourcing highest core deposits for the second half of 2022. I collected record self-sourced deposits in 2023 and 2024 (to date) by targeting key business segments during broader economic and banking uncertainty. I support the operational and staffing needs of two additional branches as well as strategize the design of retail deposit and lending products based on market research, community needs, and retail expansion potential. I coordinate with and advise executive leadership in maintaining safe bank performance and positive reputation during challenging banking period by recommending appropriate deposit rates and client-reach scripting. I support BSA/Compliance by designing and managing branch audit scope to include cash controls, negotiable items, security, & regulatory risk assessments. I promote professional development and cultivate a culture of performance excellence by recruiting, onboarding, and training Bank associates and executives. I lead and develop retail sales and service delivery initiatives, onboarding processes, and the proposed design of internal CRM tool. I streamline bank deposit operations workload by managing Bank internal mobile and remote deposit functionality from client-to-institution.
