With 13 years experience in gym operations (multi site management, gym ops management, PT trainer, personal training).Currently a cluster manager in Birmingham city centre supporting the gym teams to set exceptional standards and drive performance. Experience in multi site management with 6 high profile city centre sites in Manchester City centre before transitioning to Birmingham. Supporting management teams and driving the performance of each club with KPIs and financials - increasing revenue, EBITDA and net gain. Investing time in the detail behind the club’s results and setting action plans for improvement, always ensuring a safe & legal environment.Previously gym manager of Pure Gym Manchester Urban Exchange. A varied role, with responsibility for everything from financials to people development: Established and retained a highly engaged team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Assistant Gym Managers to understand what motivates each of them and coach, develop and educate personal trainers to build systems within their self employed businesses to reach their goals. Ongoing recruitment to guide and support employees transition from level 2 gym instructors to become successful PT/FCs and self employed personal trainers.
