I’m a behavioral health executive with over 20 years of experience building, stabilizing, and scaling behavioral health programs across California.I’m typically brought in when a program or market needs to be rebuilt, repositioned, or strengthened. I’ve led market relaunches, grown census and revenue in payer-based PHP and IOP models, and built leadership structures that allow organizations to scale without burning people out.At Aspire Counseling Services in San Luis Obispo, I relaunched an underperforming market and grew it from a handful of clients per month into a stable, multi-program operation serving both adolescents and adults. That growth was driven by deep community engagement, strong referral and payer relationships, thoughtful program design, and a clear focus on culture and leadership.Alongside executive leadership, I teach in higher education, serve on statewide and local boards, and consult with behavioral health organizations on growth strategy, community engagement, and leadership development.
